Return Policy

Custom Orders

  • As our wardrobe doors are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless:
    • The product arrives damaged
    • The product has a manufacturing defect
    • The product differs from your order specifications

Manufacturing Defects

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Photos of the defect must be provided
  • We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion

Damaged in Transit

  • Document any damage on delivery paperwork
  • Take photos of damaged packaging and product
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Process for Claims

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Provide order number and photos
  3. Await assessment (within 2-3 business days)
  4. Follow provided instructions for return/replacement

Non-Returnable Items

  • Correctly manufactured custom-sized products
  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation
  • Products altered or modified after delivery

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
