Return Policy
Custom Orders
- As our wardrobe doors are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product differs from your order specifications
Manufacturing Defects
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Photos of the defect must be provided
- We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion
Damaged in Transit
- Document any damage on delivery paperwork
- Take photos of damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Process for Claims
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide order number and photos
- Await assessment (within 2-3 business days)
- Follow provided instructions for return/replacement
Non-Returnable Items
- Correctly manufactured custom-sized products
- Items damaged due to incorrect installation
- Products altered or modified after delivery
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
